Summit CO-250 High Temperature Chain Oil

MAJOR APPLICATIONS:

  • High temperature roller chains operating at temperatures in excess of 200°C.
  • Developed specifically for the chains, steel belts and heated press platens found in continuous particle board and wood laminate machinery.

Summit CO-150 Tenter Chain Oil

Summit CO-150 chain oil is a unique blend of the highest quality petroleum oil available today and selected synthetic base stocks. This blend contains an additive system formulated to meet the demanding requirements for a tenter chain lubricant.

The formulation of Summit CO-150 requires the product to be fortified with an additive system that provides the following benefits to tenter chains:

  • Provides excellent anti-wear properties to prolong chain life
  • A viscosity that provides for spraying the lubricant onto the chain
  • High temperature capabilities
  • Cleaning of the chain as it operates
  • Anti-oxidants to reduce gumming and thickening
  • Water insoluble
  • Adheres to the chain

Summit CO-400 High Temperature Chain Oil

Summit CO-400 High Temperature Chain Oil is a unique formulation of special ester base stocks and the latest additive technology. CO-400 has an exceptionally high smoke point and is capable of penetrating and removing carbonaceous deposits and inhibiting the formation of solid buildup. It is effective over a broad temperature range and results in lower power consumption under varying load conditions.
