SumTech AQ-320 is a Barium complex ISO 320 lubricating grease for use in wet environments. The special Barium complex thickener is resistant to steam and mild alkaline and acidic solutions preventing SumTech AQ-320 from becoming washed out of the lubricating area. The nature of the special thickener system gives SumTech AQ-320 a very tacky nature which is similar to the specific gravity of water, providing an unprecedented level of protection against water washout and corrosion. Premium anti-oxidants provide excellent thermal stability and a blend of corrosion inhibitors extend the excellent anti-corrosion nature inherent of the thickener.  SumTech AQ-320 is the grease of choice for marine, pulp and paper, and steel mill industries where exposure to water and aggressive media cannot be avoided. SumTech AQ-320 is also suitable for use in sealing water valves, labyrinth seals, and rotary steam unions.

SumTech EMB-160 is semi-synthetic ISO 150 polyurea grease specifically designed for use in rolling element anti-friction bearings operating under extreme temperatures.  The organic polyurea thickener system contains no metal ions which act as catalysts for oxidation. SumTech EMB-160 was designed with special anti-oxidants and corrosion inhibitors to ensure long life of rolling bearings operating under severe temperature and high humidity . The extended service temperature range of -22ºF to 320ºF and high speed factor of 500,000 nDm makes SumTech EMB-160 the ideal lubricating grease for electric motor bearings designed to be lubricated for life.

SumTech PG-120 is a lithium thickened polyglycol semi-fluid gear grease for use in gear boxes which have issues with leakage. SumTech PG-120 contains special extreme pressure and anti-wear additives specifically designed for the sliding contact of gear teeth. The use of SumTech PG-120 will significantly reduce maintenance costs associated with topping off of gearboxes which have damaged seals and or cases. The semi-fluid grease provides excellent lubrication of gear sets while greatly reducing or eliminating lubricant loss. SumTech PG-120 is a perfect solution tothe mining and off road industry where debris has damaged gear box seals and seal repair is not cost effective. The reduced lubricant loss not only is cost beneficial but also environmentally responsible. For proper operation of the gear set SumTech PG-120 must be used to replace polyglycol gear lubricants or proper draining of the gearbox will be required.

SumTech SG Series lubricating greases are heavy-duty multipurpose lubricating greases with development emphasis on long-term and lifetime lubrication of rolling element bearings under moderate to high load. The special lithium complex soap thickener and synthetic hydrocarbon base oil are proven components for high temperature operation. Special anti-oxidant blended additives provide oxidation stability at both low and high temperatures. Synergistic corrosion inhibitors offer protection for both ferrous and yellow metals which are commonly used in today's rolling element bearings.

SUMTECH FMG-Series is ideal for lubrication of production equipment in beverage canning operations, bottling operations, meat and poultry processing, dairy operations, fruit and vegetable processing, bakeries, and pharmaceutical plants.

SumTech FGCO

 SumTech FGCO grease is a calcium oleate thickened, synthetic lubricating grease created specifically for the food service, beverage, and food processing industries. The unique biofriendly thickener system provides excellent water washout and shear resistance as well as a high drop point. A combination of newly developed additives gives this grease an extremely high weld point while offering excellent antiwear/extreme pressure properties, oxidation resistance, and corrosion prevention. Special additives are employed to keep the grease in place between washdown cycles which improves equipment and lubricant life in wet conditions.

SumTech FGCO grease is NSF Certified and meets USDA 1998 (H1) guidelines (lubricants with incidental food contact).

SumTech FGCO is ideal for the lubrication of cookers and other equipment used in meat/poultry processing, fruit/vegetable processing, and bakeries where higher operating temperatures are a concern.

SumTech WT-280

SumTech WT-280 is lithium thickened lubricating grease designed for use in medium-speed plain and roller bearings. The MICOLUBE additive system combined with a special lithium soap thickener ensures a wear-free surface finish.

SumTech WT-280  minimizes running- in wear and prevents machine downtime caused by tribo-corrosion. It has the capacity to absorb high pressures and has excellent anti-corrosion properties.

SumTech WT-280 is ideal for lubrication of linear guides, serrations, multiple spline shafts, small adjustment gears and other machine elements potentially subject to tribo-corrosion.

SumTech WT-500 is a spread adhesive lubricant specifically developed for large open girth gears, pinions drives, winches, slideways, racks, large chain drives and wire ropes. It is formulated using mineral oil with an aluminum complex soap thickener and fine graphite.

SumTech WT-500 offers high loadcarrying capacity and adhesiveness to prevent metal-to-metal contact of tooth flanks. It creates a long durability lubricating film and protects tooth flanks even during prolonged gear alignment procedures.

SumTech WT-500 is suitable for high pressures, has excellent anti-corrosion properties and is free of raw materials containing bitumen, solvents, heavy metals, chlorine or solid matters.
