Summit Barrier Fluid Series lubricants are formulated from the highest quality synthetic base stocks and fortified with additives to provide a non-reactive, oxidatively stable fluid for seal service over an extremely wide temperature range. These fluids have excellent low temperature fluidity and high temperature stability properties, as well as the ability to efficiently transfer heat and keep the seal face cool. Summit´s Barrier Fluid Series lubricants do not contain components that are known catalyst poisons, and are compatible with most commonly used seal materials. Barrier Fluid 5 is environmentally safe and readily biodegradable according to OECD 301 B. Barrier Fluid Series products are NSF Registered and meet USDA 1998 (H1) guidelines (lubricants with incidental food contact) for use in food plants. Do not add directly to food. Summit is an ISO 21469 certified facility.
