Our CPO Series lubricants are designed for use in downhole electric submersible pumps. They are formulated using the highest quality synthetic PAO base stocks and advanced additive technology available. CPO-300 is designed for ESPs seeing downhole temperatures up to 300 °F. CPO-400 is designed for applications up to 400 °F. The high Viscosity Index of the series ensures a broader operating temperature range for above ground cold weather to below ground high temperature extremes. It is compatible with commonly used materials at elevated temperatures. The unique additive package used in the CPO Series protects against ESP failure in the field. There are many reasons for pump failures, use of poor motor oils should not be one of them.
