DSL-150XP

Article-No: 340402 Synthetic compressor lubricant

DSL-150XP is a full synthetic ester-based lubricant formulated for use in higher pressure reciprocating compressors. High viscosity esters are used to obtain an ISO 150 grade without the use of polymers. Polymers may be used as thickening agents and can lead to residue on valves and the cylinders of high temperature compressors. DSL-150XP typically has a higher flash point, fire point and autoignition temperature compared to many other ester based lubricants, which increases operator safety. DSL-150XP will not form gels if it comes into contact with PAG based lubricants.

DSL-150XP is also shear stable, resulting in prolonged life when used for reciprocating compressor frame lubrication. DSL-150XP has excellent water separation characteristics for better hydrolytic stability properties.
