Summit GRC Series lubricants are specially formulated to lubricate reciprocating compressor cylinders and packing. It meets H1 food grade requirements for lubricants with incidental food contact. GRC Series is formulated to be metals free, which includes sulfur, chlorides and phosphorus. It meets U.O.P. guidelines and will not contribute to catalyst poisoning due to metals contamination.
GRC Series contains synthetic compounds to minimize the possibility of carbon formation on the valves and the possibility of flash fires. Reduced possibility of carbon formation helps to minimize the formation of carbon deposits in heated catalyst beds, thereby maintaining the efficiency of the catalyst.
