Summit RSB-68 RE retains its high performance properties and is designed for heavily loaded ammonia refrigerators. It offers high chemical and thermal stability, a high viscosity index, good shear stability, and excellent low-temperature flow behavior. The oil's low solubility in R717 results in a low refrigerant content in the compressor oil, enhancing lubrication and reducing wear. It is suitable for high operating temperatures and very low evaporator temperatures, with reduced oil carryover and vapor content, leading to lower oil consumption and improved refrigerator efficiency. The product's lower friction coefficient also contributes to system efficiency.
